Dear Jesus, thank you for saving me, thank you for dying on the cross for me. Please forgive me for all my sins and come into my life. I confess you as Lord and savior. I believe you died on the cross for me, for the full payment of all my sins. I believe you rose from the dead to give me the gift of eternal life. I trust in you, and you alone to get me to heaven in Jesus name, Amen.

God loves when we make a vow to Him from the bottom of our heart, because He is a God that keeps His promises. When we make a promise to Him, we are speaking his language, because he does not break his word. He expects His children to keep their word too.
